The Village of Buffalo Grove requires vendors to complete and submit on a biennial basis the Village of Buffalo Grove Qualified Vendor Registration form. Please complete the form and submit it along with a W-9 as well as other materials such as commodity lists or catalogs. These submittals can either be emailed or mailed to:

Each Bid or RFP solicitation will be available via email request and will include forms required to submit a complete bid package to the village.

Please be aware that the village is bound by State Statute (50 ILCS 505/1 et seq.) which states that payments are to be made pursuant to the Illinois Local Government Prompt Payment Act. It is important to note that all contracts and agreements with Vendors reflect these particular payment terms.
