Online License Renewals


The Village is providing online renewal and payment for Business, Liquor, Alarm, and Pet Licenses.  The online renewal process is only available for renewals.  All new licensees’ must complete and return all required documents to Village Hall and make the initial payment at that time.  


The Village will mail each licensee their renewal notice.  At this time the license can be renewed and paid for online through the Village's Online License Renewal & Payment System.  Once in the portal the license renewal information must be entered as it appears on the notice from the village.  The portal will prompt the licensee to enter their payment information at this time.  Certain license renewals require additional information be provided. 

Online License Renewal Types  

Business License – No additional filing required for license renewal for 2015 license

Liquor License – Provide current Lease agreement, if a leasee, and current dram shop license issued by the State of Illinois. 

Alarm License – No additional information required from property owner/operator for 2015 license.

Pet License – Provide current rabies vaccination certification.

After the payment is processed successfully and all ancillary items filed the license will be mailed and should be received in five to seven business days.  Licensee’s that are paid in full but have not provided the required filings, as stated above, will not receive their license until all requirements have been met.

Payment Method

All license renewals can be paid through the mail, or in person during normal business hours at Village Hall.  Credit Card payments can be accepted through the Online License Renewal & Payment System.  You must have your renewal notice to complete the online payment.
