The Village maintains a bank of applications, called the Talent Bank, submitted by persons interested in volunteer service on a Village board, committee, or commission.

When a vacancy occurs on a particular board, committee, or commission, the Village President reviews the pertinent talent bank applications and chooses from among those applicants for candidate interviews.
